Joe Mancuso is an award-winning vocalist, musician, and arts administrator who serves as Assistant General Manager of the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. He brings more than three decades of experience in live performance, venue operations, and artist relations to his role.

A graduate of Webster University, Class of 1990, Joe has performed extensively as a professional vocalist while also working behind the scenes as a booking agent, audio engineer, and show producer. This dual perspective allows him to effectively support both artists and presenting partners.

In addition to his work in the performing arts, Joe is an accomplished internet marketer and digital strategist, contributing to audience development, branding, and promotional efforts at KPAC. His combined artistic, technical, and business background helps advance the Center’s mission of presenting high-quality performances in a professional, artist-friendly environment.
